RETURN & REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you've received all your items. For all returns:

  • Items must not be washed, worn, altered, or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Must come with original package.
  • All sale items, intimates, bodysuits are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • If your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for return.

 

Refund Payment

  • All returns will be issued via Store Credit Only.
  • Store credit of the amount you paid will be issued after processing your return, which may take up to 10 working days after receiving your return in our warehouse. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amount. We won't keep you waiting too long!
  • Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

 

Return Process

  1. Email us at hi@shophollyday.com with title "Return Request: #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".
  2. Provide us with your order number and email.
  3. Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
  4. We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.
  5. Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.

 

Return Shipping Fee

Shipping is at your cost. Please pack and ship the returned items to our return warehouse in Nashua, U.S.A.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

Final Sale

  1. Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  2. If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
  3. Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: panties, swimwear, accessories (except for scarves).

Note that shophollyday.com is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at hi@shophollyday.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
